I have 302,000 miles on my Prius.NEVER has needed any repairs following only maintenance schedule.  I put all these miles on it. It's over due to work on the suspension. My ? Is should I replace the springs aswell?  Struts manufactured by KYB but, what about springs? Also, was going to go through break system.. Rotors and pads.. Are vented rotors better? Turn the old ones or replace? I drive UBER Over 1200 miles a week... Recommendations please..

If they are working fine, you do not need to change them.

Are vented rotors better?

If you mean slot rotors, no. Stick to normal rotors.

Turn the old ones or replace?

Just replace them.

Recommendations please.

Also, make sure you take care of that transmission by changing the fluid. Also, follow the maintenance per the user's manual (Coolant, spark plugs,...)
