Hello Scotty I have a 2016 Tacoma TRD v6 3.5L with the 6 speed automatic and it has 105,000 miles on it. I change the engine oil very religiously every 5000 miles with Mobil 1 myself (trust no one to take as good care of it as I do ) That being said I have neglected to ever change the transmission fluid ( dumb I know ) I know you don’t recommend flushing with a flush machine sometimes. Should I change it out slow with engine oil changes ( and if so what’s a good interval ) or should I just run her till she blows at this point ??

You're ok to do a drain and fill on it. No need to flush it.
Intervals are typically 5 year/60k miles. You are past due, but not past the point of changing it without doing damage.
