Hello scotty i am looking to buy a toyota rav 4 sport le. It has 34,435 miles on it, they are asking $22,990 for it. Is this a good deal?

Car wise, that’s probably one of the best RAV4’s you can get. The 2017 model had some troubles. But the 2016 model was excellent.
Mileage wise, that’s pretty good.
Price wise, that pricing is insane. But that is the market these days. I would compare with other same year same mileage RAV4 in the area, and even a same year same mileage CRV. If it is about the same price, that is the market.
