Should I change plug wiring harness along with spark plugs?

I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4 limited with 203,000 km (126138 miles), Canada

My fuel economy has rapidly declined over the past year and seems to be accelerating. I get now roughly 468km (290 miles) per tank of regular gas, but 5 years ago I was getting 600-550km (372-341 miles) and I have kept up with regular maintenance and so on…

I drive 30km (18.6miles) twice a day, back and forth for work. My general driving habits haven't really changed. But to note. I did have a check engine light come on once when I forgot to lock my fuel cap. I cleared the error and it hasn't come back.

I want to change out my spark plugs. To hope it'll correct the problem. But I am also being told I should change the spark plug wiring harness... is this true?

I am also suggested to change sensors as well...

What do you recommend ?

Change the plugs, don't bother with the coils until one goes bad, if one ever does. They are easily accessible on the 2.5 engine. I am skeptical that the plugs are responsible for that big of a drop in your mileage. After you replace them, if the mileage does not vastly improve, have your live data checked with a scan tool and see if anything stands out. Also, watch Scotty's video "Make your car run better with a little spray cleaner"

Good luck.
