My 2017 Honda Civic EX 2.0 with CVT Has this rattle at 50+ MPH. Only in the driver side just noticed it this morning.
Edit: also removed the water battle and other things in door cubby still dose it.

If the noise come from inside the cabin, check the interior (dashboard, glovebox, windows, doors,...). If it is from outside, you should pinpoint it to see where it actually comes from (Is it from under the hood or under the car).

Check for loose bolts, clips, etc.
Is it from the door? Dashboard? Floor? Pinpoint the general location of the noise first as @yaser said, and then go digging.
