This Honda has a AGM battery I am about to replace. Does it have a Battery Management System that will need to be told I put a new battery in car?

No, it does not mention a BMS for this car. It only says to stay with a AGM battery if vehicle is equiped with which it does have.

Get a memory saver to be on the safe side.

I have one to keep the settings during change but if it has a BMS do I need to tell it that a new battery is installed so it doesn't overcharge the new battery?
