Is a 2017 mazda6 GT with 22k a good used car?

If a professional mechanic checks it out thoroughly before purchase, sure.
But try & bargain hard on the price..

K that was a little backwards. 22,000 miles for $18,000. Certified Pre-0wn. 1 owner on a 3 yr lease on a Mazda Dealer lot.
