Is my 2017 Nissan Titan engine knocking?

Scotty or to whom it may concern,

2017 Nissan Titan XD Pro-4x Gas 4WD

Recently I purchased a 2017 Nissan Titan XD with the 5.6 GAS engine. I purchased this vehicle from Carmax with approximately 114k miles. First, I'm past the 30 days no questions asked warranty but still within the 90 days warranty. I hadn't had the truck long before I noticed the rear camera wasn't working... long story short I sent it in and got that resolved. Now that I have it back, I've driven it enough to notice that my gas engine sounds a little too much like a diesel when its obviously not. I'm concern that it is knocking. I already have an appointment setup in june for them to look at it. Below is a link to a relevant TSB regarding the knocking issue. I also included a video (Sorry for being at night and the video orientation but I can rerecord if need be). There are no codes at present. What are your thoughts? From everything I've read, the resolution from Nissan is a short block replacement.

There is two possibilities one being the short block because there is a service bulletin for that specific problem as well as another service bulletin for an ecm reprogram because the fan clutch can give a similar noise but generally more noticeable in colder temps. Did you buy the carmax extended warranty? If you haven’t had it that long the extended warranties from carmax are actually pretty good and could cover the engine replacement

The first you should do is find the source of the noise.

If you think that the engine is knocking, do a wet and dry compression test on the motor. If one or more cylinders have no compression, then the motor needs replacement.

Take the car to an independent shop and get an official report for the issue so if the Nissan dealer denies the issue, you have something for the Carmax warranty.

I don't have the tools like scotty has in that video but I have made a much better video that shows what I'm asking.
