Scotty, a week ago you did a video on air conditioning. Back in the day and when adding refrigerant one would jumper around to low pressure switch to add the refrigerant. I do realize that the newer cars do have a pressure switch that probably reads both low and high pressure. However, I would assume that one must (via a scan) too trigger that compressor to on. I am probably missing something
I will be working on my 2011 Buick Lacrosse CXL. It does apprear that the compressor runs continously. Is this correct?

Or just watch any of my videos on adding refrigerant to a car. Of course it's safer to use gauges but you can buy a can and an auto parts store that has the low pressure gauge built in and then just follow the directions on the can.
