2017 RAV4 XLE AWD 6-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION...
Transmission whines sound when decelerating from 60mph until it reached around 45mph. Also there's a vibration when in high gear at 1500 & 2000rpm.

how do you know it's the transmission?
there's a vibration when in high gear at 1500 & 2000rpm.
it's usually a tire problem
