Wife has a 2017 Toyota Highlander and we get a buzzing sound when driving coming from the passenger door. Radio is off most of the time and doesn’t sound like it’s coming from the speaker.

If it only happens when you drive, it can be a wind noise.

Pull some fuses one a time and see if it stops. (windows, mirrors, locks etc.)
