Good evening. 2017 toyota tacoma off road automatic 21,000 miles. On cold start, when I reverse I feel a bump/hard shift? Any ideas?

something that new you shouldn't feel anything unless of course you have been taking it off-road and you whack into things and things can get better check for Ben stuff first but if not that take it to Toyota leave it overnight and see what happens when it is cold.also make a video of it with your phone when it does clunk so you can prove you're not making anything up and they can't deny it
