2018 4Runner Cold Start Engine Knock 1500 RPMs

I have a 2018 4Runner with 20,000 miles that makes knocking noise on cold starts loudest around 1500 RPMs similar to the 4Runner engine noise YouTube video that you posted on Nov 28, 2020. It has done it since it was almost new. Dealer says noise is normal and is caused by piston slap until engine warms up due to short skirt pistons. Did the Toyota dealer ever fix the 4Runner in your video and if so what was the fix?

I am quite sure that in the auto dealer's customer service manual, it says the answer to anything wrong with the car they just bought from you is "That's normal." Piston slap on a car with 20K on the clock?  What did they make the pistons out of, recycled Kia bumpers?
