Hey Scotty, I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited with 60k miles. What do you think of it and is there anything I should watch out for? Thanks.

It's of course best to ask that kind of question before purchase.
Scotty has said that Subarus can be OK, but that their six-cylinder boxer engine is expensive to maintain and repair, and they can be gas hogs. It would be best to ignore Subaru's claim of "lifetime" transmission fluid and change it regularly for best transmission life.
