Hello,
I have a 2019 Honda Civic hatchback sport model, automatic with 24,000 miles. My dash board display is frozen, only shows my speed. My info menu button on my steering wheel does not bring up the usual menu. I only see a white square next to white letters showing “cam” in the center of my screen under my speed. My radio works fine, my backup camera works fine, I disconnected my battery to try to reset the system but did not fix the problem. Any suggestions before I bring it to the dealer?
thank you in advance,

Check all your fuses. There is a diagram of which fuse serves which system in your owners manual.
Update. Took it to the dealer because my independent mechanic would not work on it. The “cam” message apparently indicated that my windshield camera and my radar sensor in the front needed recalibration. They said it was because I did not have a Honda windshield but an OEM and they wanted to replace my windshield and recalibrate the camera and sensor for $2,000.00! But that windshield was installed 2 years ago and never caused a problem. What’s more likely is we hit a HUGE pothole right before this problem started and it’s likely that the hard impact caused the camera and laser to need re-calibration. Sad to say it cost me $695 with a $100 knocked off after I complained. So now I turn off my safety sensing settings before driving because I don’t want to have to have this happen again I’ve driven for 50 years without any fancy sensing systems so I’ll risk it. Hope this helps anyone else that sees this problem.
