I have tried to get a remedy to the rough idle/spark knock on my 2019 F150 5.0.
No help from 3 dealers. They say it's normal. I don't buy this.
4 months ago accelerating off a ramp it spark knocked so bad the check engine came on. Threw the code P0012. Most probable cause on the diagnose was "dirty or low oil which was neither. I cleared the code and it hasn't come back. Now it's cutting off at traffic signals. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Wesley in North Carolina
Had same issue had timing solenoids replaced. Issue resolved took several months for dealership to come to this conclusion.

Not really. Just more of the same speculation on the problem. I see many are and have been having this issue since around 2011.
Ford is no help either. They're saying if there's no bulletin it's normal. I do not buy that. I'm at a point I'm seriously considering a Toyota. Owned Fords for 35 years and never had issues but they are not what they once were IMHO
