Hi Scottie, I bought a used 2019 Mustang from Ford with 11k miles.  (It was previously a rental car). I noticed a few thousand miles later that when I put the car in reverse then drive and back into reverse the transmission bangs pretty hard.  I brought the car to Ford who acknowledge the problem and said there was a computer update which they preformed.  They also said the transmission fluid was fine. The car was better but several thousand miles later it's doing it again.  I don't believe they have a quality fix for this problem as of today.  I have the extended warranty for 10 years 100k miles on the transmission. Do you know of this problem with these transmissions and what should I do next to get this problem fixed for good.  Thanks
