Stumbling and stalling

Hello, My son and I both have Fords STX 2019 F150 5.0 V8 trucks, 16000 milles on his truck, his truck is a 4X4 he has been having issues, for the past almost a year with it stalling only when idling numerous times, been to the dealer multiple times for this problem, dealer says nothing to find, can't duplicate problem, (No check engine light, it never comes on)I have been with him when it happens, very aggravating at red lights, it starts right back up drives fine, sometimes it will go for days/weeks with no problems, engine hot or cold same issue, truck will stumble then stall when idling, oil, and filters changed regularly every 3000 to 4000 miles, full synthetic Ultra Pennsoil used, great truck otherwise, IDEAS PLEASE.

(My truck no problems, so far,)

Both trucks were bought same place almost the same day.

Thank you

Sounds like the dealer is being lazy. Just because there is no check engine light doesn't mean there aren't pending codes, and then there is live data. Did the dealer even bother to record data for analysis while the problem occurs? Here's an example on another vehicle of the type of diagnosis they should have done:

You could try cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body to see if that helps.

Dealer never recorded real time data as far as we know, they could never duplicate it, they claimed, useless, even wrote letter to Ford HQ, they forwarded the problem to the dealer!!!! The truck had the problem while in warranty, now it's out of warranty, but still same issue, there is a paper trail, will try your suggestion. (Lemon Law?)

Lemon laws vary by state, you'd have to check yours to see if it's applicable.

My first guess is mass air flow sensor is bad or dirty. second thing is something in the fuel system. the first thing I would do is to use an obd 2 scanner to see if it has any stored codes.
