How often do I change CVT fluid

Hello scotty, i know you have some general advice on transmission fluid changes but i was wondering if i could get some more specific advice for my case. I have a 2019 civic i just picked up with 23k on the clock and I was wondering how often you recommend getting the cvt transmission fluid changed out, i was thinking closer to every 30k since its a cvt. I plan on doing the oil every 5k to make sure theres no damage to the engine long term. also does your opinion on flushes vs drain and fill remain the same for my case? thanks for getting through my rambling and i appreciate any feedback.

Yes since cvt is more sensitive go with 30k miles and since it's a Honda make sure to use the specified OEM transmission fluid. Oil and filter change every 5k miles is good. And do NOT do a flush. This is exactly what I'm doing for my Civic.

I would change the CVT fluid every 30,000 miles.
