Hey I have a 2019 optima LX with 135k miles. I noticed the engine light came on going to work and while leaving work it went away. It started to shake while idling and accelerating. AutoZone gave me a paper and it says code PO301 and secondary DTC P0137. I checked my spark plugs about a month/2 months ago. Could it be my ignition coils since I never changed them

I could be many different things. Don't just start throwing parts at the problem, diagnosis is needed. For starters if you suspect ignition coils swap the one for the #1 cylinder with another and see if the misfire travels with it. Also see the troubleshooting section of the site FAQ.
