What do you think of a 2019 Toyota Corolla LE FWD Automatic 4 Cl with 34,500 miles asking price is $13,500. I know you love Toyota and I’m looking for a good buy. Let me know what you think!

The starting price is at least 20k for a new one and it's only a year old with 34k miles (seems like alot miles in a year, so I'm assuming it's mostly highway miles). Because they can run forever, it seems like a good deal. Is it a clean title? Wrecked, flooded, or stolen?
Toyota dealership clean title. One owner no accidents great CARFAX regular oil changes done at the same Toyota dealership! Car is made in Ontario. Shows that she drove it for two years so like 17 k a year.
