I noticed today when I closed my trunk, I heard a rattle sound that was not there before. It sounds like it's coming from underneath the car but it's hard to tell. I already verified it wasn't the license plate rattling.
I thought maybe it could have been part of the heat shield that covers the exhaust but when I held onto it and closed the trunk, the rattle was still there. About a week and a half ago I had to take my car in to a state inspection, do you think their lift might have loosened or bent something slightly? Video included, on my phone the rattle sounds loud but on YouTube it sounds quiet. Thank you for any ideas.

spring rods inside the trunk maybe?
I'll check it out, thanks!
