2020 Jetta Wipers

My wipers go off randomly while driving. Sometimes it seems the turn signal triggers it. Sometimes its going over a bump in the road. Sometimes it'll happen repeatedly in a short window and sometimes not for several days.

Two Volkswagen mechanics can't figure it out and it isn't throwing any codes?

Someone had a similar issue with an old Ford explorer and they replaced the wiper motor.

What can I do?

Almost all of the controls are computer mediated. There might be some short in the BCM, and the BCM doesn't monitor for problems internal to the BCM (Body Control Module, if you're not up to date on the computer jargon). You're also talking about an old Ford, not and old Volkswagen. Volkswagen are notorious for computer problems. You may find something with a very high level scan tool. Take to a Volkswagen specialist, not the dealer, they've almost been relegated to glorified parts changers.

You may have a defective wiper switch. Test it with an ohm meter.

It's also possible you have flaky electronics.
