Hello Scotty i got a Ram 1500 v6 engine 8speed automatic trans. and the truck start but the shifter wont move from parking, the truck has an accident in the front end and the ABS control module was damaged i got the replacement one but the truck still wont move from parking, what can cause this issue, also in the dash says service electronic throttle control, service antilock brake system, service electronic brake system, 4WD system temporally unavailable, and i got a code errors U0121, U1110 and P0480 have a good day.

'U' codes are lost communication. The wiring harness probably got damaged too.
