Ok after watching so many episodes. I’m going to buy a new Toyota Tundra. Im thinking the trd pro model. Anything I need to know about before I drop $50,000?

O and will lifting the truck make it less reliable? Maybe 6in lift with 35 in tires.
thanks.

Tundras are excellent and the TRD Pro models are more special than an ordinary one. Lifting the truck may mess with the suspension angles and stuff, but if done properly with a good lift kit they can still be just as reliable. The current gen Tundra has been out for a long time, so I'm sure you can access Toyota off-road forums and see what lift kits are the best. Just realize that adding a lift like that may void some factory warranties, so just check that out before you proceed. Hope you enjoy that sweet TRD!!

Pretty solid cars but its a new truck you never know but the reputation of the Tundra is very very good. It has a tried and true V8 and 6 speed auto. Some call it outdated but we here at scottykilmer.com call it perfected.

The biggest issue with lifting the truck will be that it messes with the cars driving dynamics. Think of it, Toyota designed all the safety features and electrical components to work in a specific way, and you may risk rolling over or malfunctioning safety equipment.
