i have a 2021 toyota rav4 with only 65k km on it i have been facing an issue with bad smell inside the vehicle even when AC is on and recirculation is on with all windows up taken the vehicle to two toyota dealerships but they said they couldn't find any thing wrong with the vehicle only happen at high rpms and higher rpm with longer duration the stronger the smell
any advice

Scotty has recommended using an ozone generator to get rid of tough odors. You have be be careful in its use though and follow safety precautions.

smell there even when AC is off
@mustafazahid The AC doesn't need to be on. If mold and bacteria have built up in the venting/ducting then when you're running the system on the recirculate setting the odor is stronger because it's not being mixed with fresh air. It isn't an uncommon issue.
the smell appear only on high rpm and the dealership already checked exhaust and AC and oil leak and they found nothing
