I just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra, it has 501 miles on it and sometimes from a standing start it feels like the tranny is slipping but not sure, if you press the gas pedal the engine will rev up but it seems like the tranny is not fully engaged, also when coming to a stop on a hill (upwards) just before I stop I feel a slight bump, seems like it comes from the rear diff. Have you heard of this happening on Tundras?

You probably need to drive it and let it learn your driving style. You haven't even hit the 1k mile mark yet.
The software needs to have time to record driving data and adjust parameters accordingly. I would not worry at this time.
