Should I go with a Kia?

I might need a new car soon to replace my aging Dodge Caliber..

No 2022 Camry, Corolla, Corolla Cross is imported to the United States from Japan but all are made in the United States according to my Google research.

So ,  I am looking at the Kia Forte and Soul as an alternative because they are made in their homeland.  I think Koreans take pride in their work and I see no video where Scotty addresses this problem.

BUT does  KIA use any parts from China and has China quality vastly improved.

I remember the early Japanese imports were labeled as poor quality.

Thanks,

Needmycar

Stick to Toyota, even if it is made in Mexico, it is way much better than any Korean cars.

Kia/Hyundai products are just pure junk.

US market Kias have nothing to do with their good products. Avoid them.

It depends on what you define as quality. I remember fit, finish and interiors being a bit poor on older Japanese cars but they still were much more durable than any alternative.

The Corolla Hybrid is, as far as I know.

And that’s an awesome car.

Stay away from all Hyundai Motor Group Products:

A Kia would be the ticket if you want your buns toasted.

Don’t forget to flame grill the burgers first..
