2022 Sienna deer impact issues.

A deer slammed into the front corner drivers side of my 22 sienna XLE 12,000 miles. Insurance is paying for a new bumper etc. The impact was made against the wheel, knocking the vehicle badly out of alignment. Could this impact cause problems later down the road with the front end suspension, tie rods, control arm, etc? They are only addressing the alignment. I asked them to replace all parts that could potentially be damaged. I got laughed at. I’m concerned I’ll end up with a clunk and some issues due to the impact. I want to sell the Sienna and get something else. My wife hates change, and more so hates going to the dealership. What should I do?

you could get it inspected by a different mechanic after insurance is done with it, to make sure they restored it to new condition.

The body repair shop says it appears to be fine. I still have some concern that 10k miles down the road, it will no longer be fine. I can sell it for what I paid for it. Is it a good idea to start fresh?

up to you
