Looking at purchasing a 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Is the Honda Ridgeline a good dependable vehicle?

Sure. They ride nice, are roomy, and reliability is solid.
The weaknesses are well known. They really are not good for towing and hauling, and off road performance is truly marginal. But I imagine most people considering one know all that. The Ridgeline is a daily driver that can occasionally do light duty truck-like work, and for its intended purpose it is excellent.
If it meets your specifications, get one. I doubt you’ll regret it.
