I recently noticed some vibrations when accelerating in my 2023 Silverado 2500 HD 6.6 V8 with 84k miles. I also noticed some clicking when turning right. I changed the CV axle and the hub before realizing the inner axle joint ( not sure the proper term) where it goes into the front diff has a lot of play. More than just in and out. It wobbles all over the place. What would be the next thing to change? I pulled it all apart and pulled the inner axle out to make sure it was seated properly. The only thing I noticed was the snap ring was a little loose.
Well if it's got that much play I would assume that joint is bad. But noises can be kind of tricky. So try my video finding the source of car noises, Scotty. It's on YouTube and you can use the device like that to find where the noise is actually coming from without guessing
