I am in the process of looking and buying a used 4th Gen Lexus GS F-Sport sedan RWD. This generation covered 2013-2020. Does anyone know which years were the best and which years to avoid? My goal is to drive this car for the next 15 years putting something like 15,000-20,000 miles a year on it (so basically a daily driver). Anything to watch out for?
I had 06, 10, and 14 Lexus GS350. They are great cars and pretty reliable. However, STAY away from 06 GS300; they have issues with carbon built up issues so I would try to get 07+. 2010 comes with bluetooth audio and has better NAVI interface.
Most of them are pretty good I could not find that many issues with them I mean the regular GS avoid the 2013 but even that is okay so I think you should be more concerned with finding one that is in good mechanical shape.
On Carcomplaints there are hardly any complaints. That is good, most years are good with a Lexus, I hope it is a success for you!
I doubt there are any bad years for the GS350
