Scotty,
Whats your honest opinion on a 1977 Toyota Cressida with 180,000 miles. Tennessee bought, one owner, and the sale price is $1200. Is it good buy?

Well, it's 44 years old obviously. Some parts may be a problem on something that old, even for a Toyota. However if it runs well and is not rusted it could be OK for that kind of money, especially if it does not have to be tested for emissions in your state - $1200 doesn't buy a whole lot in a car these days. Have a mechanic take a look at it.
