88 Ram Loss of power

Hello everyone,

 I have a 1988 Ramcharger with a 318 (5.2) TBI 4 Wheel Drive Automatic.

I am the original owner with about 60,000 on a Rebuilt Engine.

Recently I have been experiencing some loss of power very infrequently on the Freeway after Driving for a while. Fuel pump is relatively new and hardly any miles on the Fuel filter (Truck sits alot).Feels like It’s running at half power for about a minute or so. I usually get off the throttle for a second or two and it returns to running fine. I was wondering if it could be the Distributor as it is original but I don’t know how to check it. Timing mark is steady at Idle . I replaced the Throttle Body and I thought I got it.But it is happening again. Wires were replaced and replaced the Coil and Plugs

 Thanks

Clean air filter, egr if you have one, new spark plugs.  Could also be flat gas.  You said it sits.
