Hey Scotty, I have a 93 Buick Regal and my driver side Taillight is out. When I have my lights on at night the whole taillight/blinker lights up, but when I brake it don’t work at all. I checked the Bulbs and the bulbs seem to not even be burnt out at all and look just fine. Possible Electrical issue?
Check the tail light sockets and make sure they are not corroded. You may have some sort of electrical short.

Did you try switching bulbs (left to right and right to left)? I've had bulbs looking fine but won't work at all.
To test the bulb, swap it with the passenger side. If the passenger side doesn't light up, its the bulb. If the driver side still doesn't light, its something with the socket. Could be corroded, or have a wiring issue with that side. I recently had a corroded socket on my 2000 Camaro, water was getting in the unit. I cleared it out with an air compressor and like a needle that you'd use to pump up a soccer ball or something, just blew the crude out of there (try not to get it on yourself). The bulb was shot too so I replaced that as well. If the socket looks okay, then its probably a grounding issue. Check for loose ground wires in that area, may be behind an interior panel or the truck lining.
