Occasionally during normal driving my RPM’s will jump and I get a hard shift. I recently replaced the MAP sensor, TPS, and replaced some bad capacitors in the ECU. The car idols fine and otherwise drives normally. Any other suggestions?

Well to me that sounds more like a transmission problem have a guy like me road test that with this tools hooked up to analyze it more often that is the transmission starting to fail
