W212 gear issue 722.9 (7g tronic) I got bad torque converter I want to know if it’s the issue or both tcm and converter are bad . When I drive normal the shifts is fine when I full throttle and remove it before the red line it lag for 2 seconds then shift to hard, so is that also converter issue or both converter and tcm there is no codes I checked twice and for the converter the rpm plays up and down on 30km+. The car is 2010 had 360000km I need advice if it just converter I will replace it if both converter and Tcm I will buy a used transmission

At that age and mileage, you’re better off living with it till it dies, rather than spending a fortune trying to keep up with the maintenance of a money pit.
Well, I'd have to see that in person to analyze it. I would hook up my fancy scan tool which will show me if the torque converter is slipping or whether it's the transmission that's slipping or whether it's both. You need to find a guy like me with such a machine to analyze it correctly. Otherwise it's just guess work
The issue is that I’m in UAE. I have visit someone shop in my area he said to me it’s just converter and i go to another guy he told me it’s need a new Transmission. So I’m lost !
