Its getting fuel. So first i disconnect the top of the fuel filter and turn the key, it has gas! Then i check the spark, no spark. So i start with a tune up. Plugs, wires (both ngk) and a new cap and rotor. Same thing no spark. replace igniter and no spark. Fuel pump primes. Main Relay appears to work. No power to the distributer connector

Could be anything from the ignition switch all the way back to the distributor. You're going to need to trace out that 30-year-old wiring to find the fault.
