I have a 94 Subaru Loyale that cranks up fine, but after driving it around, if I stop to run an errand and go to start it back up, it takes about 8-10 attempts to finally get it started again.
I’ve changed the fuel pump, filter, Coolant Temp Sensor, Clean the IAC and throttle, and nothing makes it consistent or reliable.
What should be my next step to troubleshoot?

How old are the spark plugs and fuel injectors?
Less than 500 miles. But over a year old. I changed them just before deployment
Bear in mind that Scotty is currently in Rhode Island. Not sure when he'll be back in Clarkesville but it could be a few months.
