94 toyota celica 300,000 miles for 300 dollers it has sat for a few days is it still some good? or is it a steal??

Well if it runs good, it's not dead, $300 is nothing for a car and that's less than what Scotty paid for his, so you might go ahead and buy it as a knock-around. Just realize that it's got 300k miles and it's a 94 so it's old and has high mileage, have a mechanic check it out and if it's fine, go ahead and buy it as a cheap toy but don't use it for daily driving.
