My truck will crank but won’t start dosent feel like the engine itself is turning over is it possible the flywheel detached or broke off and is now free spinning? Sat for a week of no driving and got a new starter already.

Well of course it could all you got to do is crank it over and see if the front crank of the engine isn't spinning if it's not spending that could be it
