Hey Scotty,
I ordered new struts and strut mounts for my 96 Celica GT 5MT w 184k miles. The struts are identical to the old ones except that the grooving where the end of the spring goes is at 12 o clock instead of 3 o clock. I have pics to show what I mean. So, it would seem like you can just rotate the spring but it doesn't look like it fits right. What is up with this?

There are not many choices of parts for this so it's concerning to me that the one closest to OEM doesn't fit right.

Well those aren't right. I would not use them. That'll mess with the alignment of the vehicle and how it's sits
