Hello I have a 97 Altima 2.4 automatic. It starts OK, the battery voltage reads 14.5v then after 5-10 minutes it starts to drop sometimes the car stalls and the voltage reads 9 volts or less. Sometimes the voltage rerturns again to 14.5. I have checked ans cleaned all grounds. Battery is new, alternator is new.

Well that's a classic sign of either your battery gone bad or the alternator. I'd bet on the alternator if you bought a rebuilt one cuz the rebuilt ones off and stink
