I have a 1998 ford ranger, 3.0 , 5 speed manual with 194,000 miles. I have lean codes for both banks 1 and 2 (po171/174). Already replaced 02 sensors, intake gaskets and a full tune-up. Seems to have good fuel pressure at idle. Fuel trims stay near 0 until about 20 minutes of driving down the highway then slowly creep up to 25%

Clogged or dirty injectors maybe? Could also be a maf issue
