Hey Scotty, I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado LS 5.3 with 184k miles on it...It has a code P0171 and P0174...I notice that it idles up and down when it's cold outside but then it idles better after warming up. What's the most causes for that on these trucks?

Check your 26-year-old vacuum hoses and intake gasket for leaks.
