BMW 328i 2013 The two A/C vents works very well on the driver seat and the air flows excellent ; but the two A/C vents of the passenger no air is coming out at all. What do you recommend?

Sounds like the air control flaps on the passenger side are malfunctioning. They're computer controlled so if they cannot be checked visually you'll need a professional-grade bidirectional scan tool for testing.
