Hi Scotty,
I recently replaced the entire AC system for my 1990 Ford Bronco.
I noticed the evaporator housing had some insulation stapled to the plastic housing in an effort to make things cooler, I guess.
Will adding insulation anywhere on a vehicles A/C system make any improvements?

Not all that much the main reason they put that on is so it doesn't condense and drip water there if you don't care it doesn't matter
