A/C trouble

I have a 2000 ford f150 5.4 v8 Harley Davidson edition with 189,000 miles. It also had a 4 speed automatic transmission with overdrive. I was having issues with my ac. Every time I would accelerate, even very light gas, the air would stop flowing through the vents on the panel and only blow through the defroster vents on my dash.. I just had my ac compressor, accumulator, and orfice tude replaced. I am still having the same problem. What could it be?

Well when you accelerate that uses a lot of the vacuum pressure so you probably have a problem in the vacuum system where it's not holding the pressure and then it makes the AC go weird until you get to a steady speed then the pressure builds up all those little actuators in valves start working again
