Hi Scotty - the problem with the guy's hearing aids picking up noises from his phone app might be interference with the car's bluetooth to phone link (if there is one). My dad had hearing aids that could pair with his phone over bluetooth so I know there is such a thing. The guy's phone app might be pairing to his hearing aid on bluetooth so the car stereo may be interfering with it...

Well I suppose lots of things going to happen especially in a wireless world I've had friends with hearing aids that got interfered by all kinds of things and of course the real question would be what is the quality of the hearing aids I seen hearing aids go from 50 bucks to $10,000 the higher end ones probably don't have problems
