Hi Scotty, I have a 2013 VW Tiguan, turbo diesel, auto, with 68000 kms, 42000 miles. I bought it new, it has been very well treated. Recently the ABS/stableization sensor showed a fault message on the dash screen. Can you tell me where that sensor is situated on the car? I don’t think there is a problem with the brake system but probably with the sensor, because the car has been sitting a lot during the pandemic lockdowns here in Costa Rica. I would like to try to change the sensor myself. Thanks very much Scotty. Jeff M.

Scan the vehicle first as @yaser mentioned.
However, it’s common for VWs to have bad wheel speed sensors. You’ll need a VCDS/VagCom scanner to check what’s going on, or find a guy who has one.
